Terms of Service

Odantio Flow (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides web-based software for dental clinics, including patient follow-up, booking, reminders, analytics, and optional WhatsApp automation.

These Terms are an agreement between you (the clinic or person authorized to act for the clinic) and Odantio Flow.

Odantio Flow is a software-as-a-service product. Features available to your clinic depend on the plan you select (Standard, Pro, or a custom arrangement).

The service is a clinic operations and growth tool. It does not provide dental, medical, or legal advice and does not replace professional clinical judgment.

You must provide accurate clinic and administrator details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your clinic account.

You confirm that you are authorized to bind the clinic to these Terms and to process patient information you enter into the platform.

New clinics may start a 30-day free trial on the Standard plan. A payment method is not required to begin the trial. The Pro plan requires sales approval and does not include a free trial.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for payments, invoices, sales tax, and related billing. Prices may be shown in JOD or USD for reference; you are charged in USD through Paddle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Extra doctor seats and custom work may be billed separately as described in the product.

You may cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date.

Cancelling a subscription is not an automatic refund. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

You may use Odantio Flow only for lawful clinic operations. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, misuse other clinics’ data, send spam, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the service, other customers, or to comply with law.

Your clinic remains the controller of patient personal data that you enter. We process that data to provide the service (as a processor). You must have a lawful basis to collect and use patient data, including any messaging you send through WhatsApp or other channels.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Odantio Flow, including its software, branding, and content, remains our property (or that of our licensors). During an active trial or paid subscription we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your clinic.

You retain rights in the clinic and patient content you upload. You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, missed appointments, or clinic operational losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
